Main responsibilities

-Overseeing general office operation

-Provide professional customer support through various channels

 -Preparing financial documents, such as invoices 

 -Responsible for the showroom retail sales, providing customer service, assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise

 -Responsible for overseeing and managing the eCommerce department

 -Responsible for maintaining the ERP system

 -Provide other administrative support as necessary, including doing raw material 

research and creating reports


Requirements

-At least 2 years experience in office administration

-Excellent Communication skills in Greek and English

-Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point 

 

The following will be considered a plus:

-Strong social profile.

-Summer accessories experience.

-Experience in eshop content
