Production & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organised Production & Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will contribute in an administrative capacity by organising the Production & Supply chain operations, plus you’ll be responsible for our ERP and in-house accounting organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage and organise production operations

- Order and monitor raw materials from suppliers

- Keep track of inventory

- Manage our ERP

- Bookkeeping and communication with accountant

- Create detailed reports about sales/production/cost 


- Proven experience (3+ years) as an office manager, or Administrative assistant.

- Excellent knowledge on Excel spreadsheets.

- Supply chain experience will be considered a big plus.

- Financial background will be considered a plus
