SALES AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Sun of a Beach is looking to grow its team.

If you want to work alongside great people, feel challenged, and have

Main Responsibilities:

• Sales reporting and budgeting for both hospitality and corporate channels
• Preparation of presentations and offers
• Analysis of sales data
• Researching new customers, suppliers, and offers
• Following up on production
• Managing logistics and deliveries
• Providing top-notch customer service

Profile:

• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communicator with excellent English skills
• Affinity for numbers
• Organizational skills
• Team-player 
• Hands-on individual with an authentic personality
• Knowledge of Soft1 software will be considered a plus
